Notes:

- Banged this workout off right after a night shift, not a busy one though
- The Snatch Complex felt good
- Thrusters we solid, good form all the way to 215#'s
- The Couplet was a chest smasher, the MU's gave me zero recovery for the BP. I might've went out too hot and cooked myself.
