3-5 Muscle-ups (No False Grip)
Airdyne 1m30s @90%+, kept pace above 22.5mph

Notes:

- The PC and PJ were smooth and simple
- No false grip by choice to make it harder
- Airdyne was tough, kept my pace above 22.5mph. My distance varied only by 0.05 miles b/t sets.
