Notes:
- This was a hard workout, Fran isn't a good workout for me
- There are positives and negatives on this.
- A Positive, I'm really happy that I made it passed the 90 rep mark and I kept my hands in one piece too.
- A Negative, in the 2nd round of 4mins I stopped and starred for way to long, I should've kept moving.
- Looks like I'm moving on to Regionals as long as HQ approves the video submission. Three years in a row.
