Notes:
- Great workout overall, I'm pleased with the scores and I enjoyed the challenge.
- every exercise except for the DU's (which I broke up into 25's) were done Unbroken
- I was able to keep the breathing in check except for the 3rd scenario, that was a nasty combo for me. The 4th scenario was a shoulder blaster.
