Notes:
- I believe this is the most I've done on a DL in a very long time (2 years)
- HSPU Negatives were easy
- The Airdyne Sprints were a Suck-fest, I'm still feeling the lactic and its been an hour already. My power dropped off significantly on the 5th and 6th set.
