12 Lateral Bar Burpees
50 Double Unders
Score: 5 Rds + 8 reps
*Goal is 5Rds+

Notes:

- Felt great on the 1st scenario. I was in control of my breathing throughout.
- I knew the 2nd scenario was going to suck and it did. Double Unders weren't that good, I miss count 5 reps in total for the DU's. This scenario was tough.
