Got up to 216#'s (95%)
B. Back Squat @20x1, build to a 90% RM (340#) for a single
Got up to 315#'s (90%) a little above, I just like the look of 3 Pie a Side
C. Squat Clean and Jerk, 2 reps per min for 10mins- start @205#'s, drop each rep after Jerk, nothing over 225#'s
@205#'s- 2 sets @215#'s- 4 sets @225#'s- 4 sets
- I was feeling good throughout the workout
