Week 20 / Day 1

A. Squat Snatch, build to a TnG 2RM- *Goal is 215#'s
Got up to 215#'s PR!!!

B. Front Squat @20x1, 2 reps @85% RM (275) per min for mins
@234#'s Completed
C. Power Clean and Split Jerk, 1 rep @225#'s every 30sec for 7mins
Completed

Notes:

- Almost got 225#'s for a Dbl, I need to be more consistent with the catch.
- Front Squats were good
- PC and SJ  were good as well
