Notes:
- Recovery was good after both scenarios. I was in control of my breathing throughout
- Double Unders were alright, I counted too many reps for Rds 2,3,4. The first set of DU's was UB
- The OHS were UB
- I'm really pleased with the 2nd scenario, everything was UB (except 2 stumbled reps on the BJ). Everything was steady but I think it was a great pace
