Notes:

- This was a tough workout, both are fast movements. I was breathing hard throughout this workout.
- Airdyne started at 23mph, last set was above 21mph
- Chin-ups were UB from set 1-5, set 6 & 7 were 2 sets and 8 was a set of 3
